We offer AI voice agents, automations and CRM/WhatsApp integrations, websites and SEO, and marketplace apps, as described on this site. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed per project, typically via a quote or proposal.

Descriptions on this site are general; they don't guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. call volume, lead volume, or revenue).

Pricing shown on the site is a starting reference. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or content needed (brand assets, copy, credentials) to deliver the project on schedule.

Upon full payment, ownership of the specific deliverables built for you (e.g. your website, your configured automations) transfers to you. PachaLabs retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates, and frameworks used to build them.

Some services rely on third-party providers (e.g. telephony, AI, hosting, CRM). Any usage-based costs from those providers are your responsibility unless explicitly included in your quote.

PachaLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems, or for outages of third-party providers we integrate with.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PachaLabs operates.
